Strawberry-Mango Soup

This is a refreshing starter to a summer Shabbos lunch.  Or you can serve it as a drink (it tastes like a smoothie!)

2 (10 ounce) bags frozen strawberries, thawed

2 (10 ounce) bags frozen mango, thawed (you can use peaches if mango is hard to find)

1/3 cup sugar

2 teaspoons cinnamon

Orange juice to cover

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and purée with hand blender.  Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
