This works during the year and at Pesach time.
1 (32 ounce) bag frozen broccoli florets, defrosted
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 cup water
4 eggs
1 tablespoon onion soup mix
1 tablespoon chicken soup mix (pareve)
1 tablespoon pine nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients very well. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake until solidified and golden – about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
