The Tnuva Food Industries Ltd. shareholders committee today approved the sale of the company to Apax Partners for $1.025 billion by a huge majority. Only seven of the 550 kibbutzim and moshavim representatives opposed the deal. 550 of the 620 members of the Tnuva cooperative society attended today’s meeting. (Globes)
