This appears to be the original main beis medrash at Yeshivas Rabbenu Yitzchak Elchanan. It also appears that Rabbi Soloveitchik is sitting up front. I believe Chacham Ovadia visited there about 35 yrs ago, as I heard this from my own Rebbe.
