The first video is of a MDA substation located at the bottom of the mountain, manned by physicians, paramedics and EMTs. As is the case with the other emergency stations operating at the Rashbi, most patients are treated and released while few require transportation to Ziff Hospital in Tzfat. This included a 17-year-old male in moderate-to-serious condition from alcohol poisoning, the result of severe alcohol ingestion. He was transferred to an intensive care unit.
