A chareidi resident of Netanya was arrested in the city for allegedly assaulting missionaries. A number of Jews for “J” were distributing missionary materials on Sunday, 17 Menachem Av and the suspect decided to stop them from doing so.
The man allegedly saw what was taking place and decided to oust them from the area. The missionaries who filed the complaint with police stated some of them were injured by the man, who assaulted them.
The suspect was arraigned on Monday, 18 Menachem Av.

Yet missionizing is supposedly illegal in Israel and not only did they not get arrested but they had the chutzpah to report to the police that somebody was trying to stop them from doing so!
