At about 19:00 on Wednesday evening 18 Elul, gunfire was heard on the streets of Netiv HaAsarah, located in the Ashkelon Coast Regional Council of southern Israel. A number of bullets fired from Gaza caused damage to two home. B’chasdei Hashem there were no fatalities or injuries. Military officials report bullets from a 0.5 caliber machinegun were fired.
The bullets entered the living room of one home via a window, damaging a television and furniture.

B”H it was turned off at the time, and thus there were no injuries.
A reminder of the closeness to danger that southern Israelis have to live with everyday. BH no one was hurt!
