A Jerusalem spokesman reports two minors were apprehended in the act of throwing rocks at vehicles traveling in the area of Uzi Narkiss in the northern capital.

Police received reports of rock-throwing on Wednesday afternoon 29 Shevat, and shortly following their arrival, they detected the two rock-throwers in the act. The suspects are 14-year-olds from the eastern capital. They were arrested and arraigned.
