Israel Railways officials have released a statement defending the report that dozens of Arab employees are being fired, to be replaced by Jewish workers, IDF veterans.
The railway statement explained the policy is not at all racist, but prompted by the need to find veterans, workers with a military past, to comply with the security demands and concerns of the railway.
