9:59AM IL: Arabs began pelting police and flag marchers with rocks as the flag march at Um el-Fahm gets underway. At least one person was arrested. Police are being attacked with many rocks, apparently in response to the arrest. No injuries reported at this time. (Yechiel Spira – YWN Israel)
