9:59AM IL: Arabs began pelting police and flag marchers with rocks as the flag march at Um el-Fahm gets underway. At least one person was arrested. Police are being attacked with many rocks, apparently in response to the arrest. No injuries reported at this time. (Yechiel Spira YWN Israel)
