The Waterbury Police Department held its annual Holiday Community Party yesterday. The party was at the Community Relation Division’s office located on Bank Street. Many residents of the City turned out for the event. Among those in attendance was Rabbi Rephael Max, Executive Director of Yeshiva Gedolah, located on Cooke Street.
