MK (Yahadut Hatorah) Rav Yaakov Asher used his time at the Knesset podium to congratulate Finance Minister Yair Lapid, who has earned the title of the most unpopular cabinet minister.

The plenum session was addressing an issue having to do with water companies and pricing but Asher nevertheless took advantage of the podium to deliver a blow at his political adversary.
