Not that It makes a difference in these tragic incidents, I’m just curious , Is Netzach Yehuda an Orthodox battalion brigade ??

Square Route, what a sad and cynical comment. My son is in Netzach Yehuda and is in this unit. Let’s call him ex-Chareidi. He has never been hated or cursed at. Not by former peers, not by Roshei Yeshiva. To the contrary, he is approached by strangers in our Chareidi neighborhood who thank him and tell him that they daven for him every day.
I understand that it’s tempting to spout your agenda, but maybe get some feet on the ground first and observe what really goes on.
How many soldiers are going to die for the possible 20 hostages. 800? They need to figure out a different strategy very quick because this is stupidity
why does Bibi send in soldiers instead of bombing the place? I know his sons Yair and Avner are safe in Florida but why does he not care about Jewish kids dying for nothing?

My name is Steve Rosedale, I’m Yosheiv Rosh of Netzach Yehuda, Nahal Haredi. Yesterday we buried three of our soldiers, Banei Heim, they are my sons, today a fourth. A few days ago in the Daf, Yud Hess Avodah Zara, the Gemara tells the story of Rav Chananya Ben Tradyon. How he taught Torah publicly, the Romans captured him, wrapped him in a Sefer Torah, and set him on fire. His Talmidim said, Rebbi, Rebbi, what do you see. I see the clafim, the parchment burning, the ausiots, the letters are flying off to Shomayim. Yesterday I saw ausiots ascending to Shomayim. May we daven for Sholom al Kol Yisroel.
These young men, all religious, Yirei Shomayim, put their lives on the line for us, for the learning that goes on in the Yeshivas, for the beautiful life that Haredim live. They have given their all. We must support them, grieve with their families and realize that we are all family.

I personally had the privilege of being at the Kfir Tekes last week Wednesday July2 in Afula. I watched frum parents motivate and embrace their boys, all wearing their uniforms with their tzitzis proudly hanging at their sides. These holy families allowed their tears to flow freely knowing that those boys would be sent into Gaza on Tuesday morning – yesterday July 8. They are dedicated to keeping 613 mitzvah and keeping every other Jew – frum or not- safe so the American tourist can sip a cappuccino in Mamilla. Who cares if its a frum boy or not? Do we judge kids this harshly when they put their lives in danger to provide the safety and security for others? Really – such talk is the epitome of the Sinah that destroyed the bais hamikdash. May Hashem watch every beautiful soldier- frum or not- and we should show more respect and gratitude.
