An Israeli soldier was killed earlier today in an accidental explosion during combat operations in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, the IDF announced. The fallen soldier has been identified as Staff Sgt. Amit Cohen, 19, of the Golani Brigade’s 13th Battalion, from Holon.
