Ben-Gvir Mocks Palestinian Security Prisoners With Large Photos Of Destruction In Gaza

National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir visited an Israeli prison this week where large images of destruction in Gaza were placed for Palestinian security prisoners to see, according to video released from the visit.

In the footage, Ben Gvir is seen pointing to one of the photos and saying that inmates are forced to pass by the image on their way to the courtyard. He claimed that one prisoner recognized his own home in the photograph. “This is how it’s supposed to look,” Ben Gvir said.

The video, posted on Telegram, was captioned: “The Israel Prison Service placed photos of destroyed Gaza in the terrorists’ wings — so they understand that you don’t mess with the people of Israel!”

The visit follows another controversial incident days earlier in which Ben Gvir entered the cell of arch-terrorist Marwan Barghouti, who is serving multiple life sentences, and confronted him directly.

In footage from that encounter, Ben Gvir told Barghouti: “You won’t win. Whoever messes with the Nation of Israel, whoever murders our children and women — we will wipe them out. You should know this, [this happened] throughout history.”

  1. You have to use planes and ships to destroy these buildings from a distance and not send in soldiers who could easily be killed or hurt from terrorist hiding out there or have the building wired with explosives that can kill soldiers. Blowing up the buildings from planes above will do more damage than dozens of soldiers firing with their machine guns.

  2. I would like to know how much a day’s food for a prisoner costs compared to the price of a bullet. If the bullet is cheaper, I protest to having my tax money spent on feeding Muslims. Just shoot them.
