NEW: The 71-year-old audience member arrested at Charlie Kirk’s UVU event, George Zinn, told investigators that he shot Kirk to distract police and allow the real shooter to escape, allegedly saying immediately after the attack, “I shot him, now shoot me.” He was charged with obstruction of justice, a second-degree felony.
