An ambulance from Magen David Adom that arrived to treat a patient in Jerusalem’s Meah Shearim neighborhood was vandalized during the incident. While the medical team entered the building to provide care, a sticker reading “Jews are not Zionists” was placed on the ambulance, and Israeli flags displayed on the vehicle were sprayed with paint.
Despite the vandalism, the MDA team continued its medical mission without any delay and provided life-saving treatment to the patient.
MDA Director-General Eli Bin said:
“An MDA ambulance is not a political symbol; it is a symbol of saving lives. MDA teams operate everywhere, for every person, without distinction of religion, ideology, or lifestyle. Damaging an ambulance and the state symbols on it is crossing a red line and directly harms the ability to save lives.”
Magen David Adom stated that it views the incident with great seriousness and trusts that Israel Police will investigate the matter and take firm action against those responsible.

How filthy disgusting of these מאה-שערים vulture anti-zionists.
As per פרשת משפטים they must be forced to reimburse every single penny of the damage they had the savagery to inflict.
This type of violence ought to be condemned in the strongest terms by community rabbis and leaders; don’t hold your breathe.
I guess they are not aware that the Baal Shem Tov and the GRA both sent talmidim to live in Israel. Neither would have kissed the feet of Hamas!!! In my personal opinion, I question if these vandals are from the Erev Rav. Jews don’t kiss animals that murder Jews!!!
Even putting the vandalism aside this should be troubling. Whatever your beliefs about the state of Israel are, Palestinian Nationalism is NOT Judaism. That should be obvious to anyone but the sticker clearly indicates otherwise. The vandals are aligning Palestinian Nationalism. They don’t wave a flag that represents Torah. They vandalize with a flag that represents Palestinian Nationalism. For some anti-Zionists their fidelity to Palestinian Nationalism is a major component of their Judaism. For others it isn’t but they are heavily influenced by it. And then you have places like Brisk who are very anti-Zionist but aren’t influenced by and don’t identify with Palestinian Nationalism in the slightest. If you are going to be a rabid anti-Zionist make sure you remain in the latter group.
Dr. Yidd,
I certainly do not agree with what was done. But get your English terms straight – this was an act of vandalism, not an act of violence.
