Belgium Joins South Africa�s ICJ Case Against Israel

Belgium has formally joined South Africa�s case against Israel at the International Court of Justice (ICJ).

Belgium filed a declaration of intervention, aligning itself with South Africa�s genocide case concerning Israel�s “conduct” in Gaza. The filing allows Belgium to present its legal position to the court as proceedings continue.
