A U.S. citizen suspected of human smuggling crashed into a Border Patrol vehicle while fleeing local police west of Lordsburg, New Mexico.

Authorities say the suspect was transporting eight illegal aliens at the time. The smuggler is now facing prosecution, while the migrants are being processed for removal.
