Finland’s Border Guard released footage of officers boarding the cargo ship Fitburg off southern Finland as part of an investigation into suspected damage to an undersea telecom cable.

The vessel, seized on New Year’s Eve while sailing from Russia to Israel, now has three of its 14 crew members under travel restrictions as Finnish police continue the probe.
