Four people aboard a speedboat registered in Florida were killed in a shootout with the Cuban Coast Guard after the occupants allegedly opened fire when authorities approached the vessel to conduct an identification check, according to Cuba�s Interior Ministry.

The incident resulted in four fatalities and six injuries among those on the boat. The injured were evacuated and received medical treatment, the ministry said.
