Axios’ Barak Ravid reports that U.S. officials expect Iran to respond to the latest strikes, potentially targeting American bases in the region, similar to the attacks seen Tuesday night.

A U.S. official says that all of the targets struck were located in southern Iran and included air defense systems, radar installations, and drone command-and-control units.
