YWN regrets to inform you of the Petira of Reb Mordche Friedman Z”L after a long illness.

Reb Mordche was a longtime Hatzolah member (known as KY-18 and B-318), who was heavily active, running to save lives day and night until he took ill. He was a tremendous Askan who could be seen daily in the hospitals neighboring with Kiryas Yoel – bringing sick people food, arranging meals and sleeping quarters for family members at hospitals. He served as the Chaplain to the�Orange County Sheriff Department, and the NYST Chaplain.

The Levaya is scheduled for Motzei Shabbos in Williamsburg at 11:00PM, at 152 Rodney Street.
