After the tragic blaze earlier this week in Jerusalem�s Ohr Chaim Yeshiva in the Bucharim area, which resulted in the destruction of three Sifrei Torah, rabbonim have declared a taanis dibur on Wednesday. Damage to the yeshiva was heavy, as was reported by YWN-Israel.

The levaya for the Sifrei Torah is scheduled to take place on Thursday. YWN-Israel has learned that in addition to the Sifrei Torah, dozens of pairs of tefillin were also R”L destroyed in the blaze.
