On Tuesday morning, 4 Cheshvan, a 4-month-old baby from a chareidi family lost consciousness while in a Bayit Vegan daycare center. The mother has sent an email to everyone she knows, pleading with people to say tehillim on her daughter’s behalf, explaining the doctors tell her the first 48 hours are critical.

In her letter, mom writes, “This is the first time I am sending mail to so many people, with the hope that it will reach as many people as possible. This however is not just another mail, but a cry, a sincere plea for life-saving assistance.

“My baby, Efrat, is in critical condition in an intensive care unit in that they are calling near crib death. She was saved by a miracle. Now her breathing is assisted by a respirator and while she is stable, she does not wake up.
