Who in the world doesn’t like the smell of new tefillen?! I am talking about tefillen that has been worn daily for a number of years. Contact with skin and hair and being stored in a small leather bag imbues it with a less desirable odor. Are there small items that can be placed in the bag to absorb the smell without imparting a foreign smell into the tefillen?
