zahavasdad: President Trump’s Executive Order DOES differentiate Muslims from non-Muslims in the seven affected countries. The order specifically states that persecuted religious minorites in those Muslim countries, i.e. Jews and Christians, are exempt and receive priority treatment in receiving US Visas.
