in many heimishe stores in boro park there are signs hanging in the dressing room (from bnos melachim i believe) very nicely reminding the buyer to check if the item they are trying on is truly tzniusdig. i recall one sign reminding you to sit down to make sure the skirt covers your knees at all times.

why is there such a difference in the prices of chasidish vs. yeshivish schools. do the non chasidish schools have better teachers, better programs etc.??? if the chasidishe schools can manage with the lower tuitions, why can’t all schools manage?
ny mom: just curious, did you hear that story from rabbi zecharia wallerstein? because i think i remember hearing such a story from him about a year or two ago. but he didn’t say anything about it affecting the parents emunas chachamim.
