the best spot usualy is by the Brooklyn Army terminal pier on 58 st. & 1 ave. but this year due to the UN assembly the whole pier is taken by NYPD and they do not allow parking inside the pier but you coould park your car and walk into the pier to say tashlich.

to Health: I’m not sure if u are a health professional or just use your name as “health” but i could tell you that much that my “triglycerides” was 185 but within being on lo carbohydrate high fat diet my triglycerides went to 99 so def carbohydrates is what causes the high triglycerides not the fat.
