On motzei Simchas Torah, the streets of Yerushalayim once again came to life as both bnei Eretz Yisroel and “chutznikim” alike joined together to dance by hakafos shniyos. Be it with the throngs by HaRav Yaakov Hillel or in the tight circle surrounding the Stropkover Rebbe, one can feel the simcha in the air…
