We regret to inform you of the sudden petira of R’ Pinchas Netzer (31) of Gibraltar, originally from Milan Italy. He was a talmid of Ner Yisroel Baltimore and Yeshivas Chevron. He was in NY for a first cousin’s wedding when suddenly on Sunday afternoon he collapsed in front of his family. Levaya and Shiva in Gibraltar.
