Rav Asher Tannenbaum Z�L, 72, who served as the executive director of the Vaad Yeshivos, was niftar in Jerusalem�s Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital following a pneumonia that led to cardiac complications.

Rav Tannenbaum also served as rav of Givat Shaul, Yerushalayim and mora d�asra of the Mishkan Babad Shul in that neighborhood.

The levaya is set to begin from his home on Sunday afternoon, 16 Shevat 5773.
