(Click HERE for photos) Flatbush Hatzolah is on the scene of an overturned vehicle on Avenue J and East 31st Street. Bichasdei Hashem, the driver of the vehicle�only has minor injuries, and was helped out of the vehicle by civilians prior to the arrival of emergency services. There was a second vehicle which fled the scene – but was caught, and the driver arrested on Avenue I and Nostrand Avenue.
Her vehicle was involved in a prior accident�on Avenue L and East 35th – and was fleeing the scene when involved in the overturn, which she also fled from.
