Cleveland, Ohio – The family of Nazi John Demjanjuk says the 89-year-old will no longer actively fight deportation to Germany.
Demjanjuk is wanted in Germany to stand trial on charges he was an accessory to the murders of 29,000 Yidden HY”D at a death camp during World War II.
Thursday, U.S. Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens rejected Demjanjuk’s bid to stop the deportation. Demjanjuk’s son told WKYC’s Dick Russ that while the family could seek out another Supreme Court justice to hear the case, that will not happen.
Demjanjuk still has an appeal pending in the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati and two in Germany, but the family acknowledges that he could be deported before those cases are resolved.
The family says it expects to have several days notice before any deportation takes place.

Why did you put his name in quotes? Is there some doubt about his name? Or did you mean to put “Nazi” in quotes?
The Wolf
If he doesn’t go to Germany then he will burn in Hell forever
“The family says it expects to have several days notice before any deportation takes place.”
I don’t know how they can expect several days notice before he is deported; the Nazis surely did not give that much notice.
