8:45PM EST: (UPDATE BELOW) Lakewood Hatzolah is on the scene of a head-on collision on Route 70 and new Hampshire. At least two injuries reported, and Hatzolah Paramedics have been requested to the scene.

UPDATE 9:15PM EST: Sources tell YWN that the driver of one of the vehicles was driving under the influence, and drove his vehicle the wrong way on Route 70 causing the serious collision. Two patients have been transported by Lakewood Hatzolah to the Jersey Shore Trauma center – with the DWI driver in serious condition and intubated.
