Czech neo-Nazi rally turns violent

nazi rally.jpgMore than 500 people had gathered in the Czech city of Brno today for a neo-Nazi rally. This march was described as one of the largest such rallies in the country in recent times. The rally itself was legal, but was shut down when demonstrators displayed a Czech neo-Nazi group’s symbols – which is illegal. Police used tear-gas to break up the protesters, after being hit with bottles and stones.

  1. This rash of anti-semitism in Europe, be it Neo-Nazi or be it Arabs, is frightening. We need to be mispallel for our brethren in Europe.

Dark clouds hover over Europe. The echoes of the few voices who spoke out before the war can be heard.

Congress ought to be persuaded to provide political asylum to those under attack.

  2. This is happening because we’re assimilating and we still wont learn from history and previous mistakes. In Germany, we attended their colleges, intermarried w/ them, changed our names, we dressed like them, learned their philosophies, read their books, took their paintings into our home- and what was the FIRST step to the Final Solution? They came into our homes and tore apart our diplomas; our degrees became worthless. They removed the paintings and the german books from our homes, and stamped “J” onto our passports, and made intermarriage illegal, made us wear clothing (a patch) to make it clear that we’re Jewish and even made it illegal to call oneself a German Jew because it’s a crime to mix German and Jew in the same sentence. When it comes down to it, we’re different and it takes them to realize that instead of us. “If the Jews dont make Kiddush then the Goyim will make havdalah” and we must do Ratzon Hashem, if not they will forcefully remind us of who we are. And yet, we are still doing the same thing. Women are following American culture and going out there into the workforce, we change our names to make it sound like theirs, we wear clothing thats almost like theirs, we act Goyish, talk Goyish- AND attend their universities – even those like Touro which poses itself to be frum- and we’re studying things such as psychology and literature which is NOT Chachmos Bagoyim but Toras Bagoyim since its hashkafa and chinuch. We dont even have Emunas Chachamim anymore, we expect PHD’s to save us as opposed to Rabanim. The saddest part is that we love and respect universities and Goyish cultural education that the very people who fund our colleges and education are Neo-Naziz or Fascists themselves. (Do research; find the article titled “Steps Towards Global Mind Control Under the Banner of Mental health and education” which will prove this information enough to those who are interested. Find Brock Chisolm’s speech in the article and you will find that his war, and the FDA’s war against morality and the conscience on the soul is just like Hitler’s.) Germans were also educated individuals that believed in these hashkafos- and we attend the very colleges and want their approval meanwhile, they HATE us!
We’re even compromising our hashkafos and levels of tznius and our gederim for the sake of “being in the real world” which I call being in the Goyish world. We must take a stand and change ourselves NOW. We MUST take one thing upon ourselves that represents a CLEAR and stringent separation from the goyim, because if not, we’re just living a lifestyle of Glatt Kosher Goyishkeit, where we keep Taryag on the outside, but we’re goyim in our minds. We’re forgetting who we are, why should we wait for THEM to remind us? Why cant we learn?

  3. ChipsAhoy – you got a strong point, but something like this although it is obvious and makes perfect sense – People who WANT to hear it will accept it – People who DO NOT WANT to hear it won’t accept it!

  4. Chipsahoy- for someone calling himself chipsahoy and being on the internet- you talk alot. Sounds like your priorities are not in place. Stop blasting things you don’t hold of- it’s pretty obvious that you ate not the kanaie you want to sound like.

  5. Yo Chips Ahoy- instead of giving mussar to people on yeshiva world- which I believe has to be 99.9% frum, why don’t you go do some kiruv or have a rally in Kikar Shabbat or something instead of writing your ridiculus world opinions on this message board. I hate having to scroll down so much it pretty annoying. Yeshiva work editor please take action.

  6. I just realized something and decided to post again to Chips Ahoy: “We’re even compromising our hashkafos and levels of tznius and our gederim for the sake of “being in the real world” which I call being in the Goyish world.” YOU ARE ON THE INTERNET RIGHT NOW! Talk about compromising hashkafot.

  7. TorasChesed- thank you so much for your Chizuk. You’re absolutely right and it is something that I have to keep reminding myself. Thank you so much, your kind words mean a lot to me.
bamkac- there are a lot of things wrong with Touro. I myself attended that college for 4 semesters and no more for me. So much pritzus happens there, and for a man to keep shmiras aynayim is SO difficult being that they show sick movies for “educational purposes”. Their hashkafos are also twisted- they believe that one should be as educated in the American liberal arts as much as they can; just think about it- if I want to become a heart surgeon, if my profession is to cut hearts open- why should I know Erich Fromm and Henry Thoreau’s disgusting statements regarding there being no purpose to live and that, not even religion, not even Torah can make a person happy? Women assimilating and being put into the career world also takes away the Tahara of Klal Yisroel. If you want to know the truth, go look up Igeres Moshe, a letter from R’ Moshe Feinstein himself who speaks against Touro. Ask Gedolim themselves and they too know the danger of Touro because it hides itself behind the mask of “frumkeit”. Many Jews also tend to make American culture and arts a larger or equal priority as Torah is, which is why we have so many kids at risk nowadays and why many are going off- because we dont make Torah our ONLY priority. For men perhaps its better for them to go, but for women- its a BIG problem. As for my username, you’re right, it is goyish. Being the fact that I am Baal Teshuva, i have used this username in all forums since i was of age 11 and it was a big inconvenience for me to change usernames. But you are right, and this is galus, and there’s no need for a personal attack because I admit that even I am immersed in the outside culture. And perhaps one day I will change my username. Thank you very much for making it clear to me, I didnt even think it was an issue until you mentioned something. But in the future, dont attack people to defend your personal decisions, i dont know who you are and what you do in life, but perhaps you as all of us get defensive when someone says something against a way of life that we are living.
yenta- it really hurts that ppl are attacking. Again, I admit that I too am immersed. And you know what, being that I am a Baal Teshuva and i used to watch tv before and be addicted to it, internet was the only way out to quit. Now the only thing I do on the internet is go on this website and e-mail; I have come a long way. Its not fair for you to pound me because u dont know where i came from. Secondly, I dont like the concept of “Oh, you’re a hypocrite” because its such an American idea that your beliefs must match your actions. So Americans change their beliefs to match their actions to justify their actions. Just because I see something wrong in the world but I am not fully living up to it does not mean I am a hypocrite- it means I am growing and working on myself. We all know how bad Lashon Hora is, but yes we do slip once in a while- does that make us a hypocrite? No. We all speak against Sinas Chinum and how thats wrong- and yet, here we are in the theme of sefiras haomer w/ R’ Akiva’s students and ppl are attacking me for my beliefs. I want to own up to what I am saying, and truthfully I am working on myself. I overcame many obstacles to get where I am now in life and I am trying to get goyish culture out of my head and out of my mind- and hopefully, maybe in a few months you never know, maybe I wont have interent either. But it is not fair for ppl to call me a hypocrite- it’s called growing, and this is called “lets have a support group” as opposed to attacking each other because we’re not angels; all of us have our flaws and we have a passion of those flaws to be eradicated not just from ourselves but from everyone. Why not express them?
People, I am only expressing my ideas. And again, I agree all of us compromise our hashkafot in many ways. But based on where I am coming from, from my view, internet is not the 1st thing I feel that for my spiritual level I need to get rid of. First it’s the hashkafos and American mentality that I feel I need to work on as opposed spending my 20 minutes a day to unwind by being on a frum website. I did not come to this website to share my mussar nor to get screamed at, I just came on to share my ideas and maybe see if someone agrees with the same thing. I’m sorry if I upset anyone or made anyone feel defensive or angry.
