Rabbi Yaacov Gaissinovitch, a Chabad-Lubavitch emissary, doctor and mohel who sometimes performs up to five circumcisions in a single day, presided over his 4,500th circumcision last week, the Jewish community of Dnepropetrovsk announced in a statement.

Gaissinovitch, a resident of Donetsk, Ukraine, who has practiced his craft for more than 13 years, once performed 22 circumcisions in a single day when campers at a Jewish summer camp in Dnepropetrovsk volunteered to undergo the procedure with their parents� permission. He frequently travels throughout Ukraine and Moldova when his services are needed.

�All the Jews of Dnepropetrovsk, as well as all the Jews of Ukraine � wish him and his wonderful wife Lisa a long life, success, good health, great joy from his family and his children, and the continual blessings of the Almighty,� read the statement.
