Today, 18 Cheshvan, a hachnasas sefer Torah took place in memory of the Fogel family HY�D, parents and three children massacred in their sleep in the Shomron community of Itamar. The event took place in the Givat Gal Aryeh Shul that was established in memory of the family, funded by a Holocaust survivor in the United States.

The event got underway at 3:00pm from the Fogel home in Itamar to the new shul. The new neighborhood of the community is presently home to one family and a number of singles.
