If you wish to join the 1,000 prakim of Tehillim effort in Eretz Yisrael on behalf of Maran Posek HaDor HaGaon HaRav Yosef Sholom Elyashiv Shlita, you may call the hotline number that was activated to sign up as the tzibur is joining in the communal effort. That number is 052-71-77-111. From outside of Eretz Yisrael, one may calling using appropriate international calling prefixes and removing the first “0” from “052”.

In Beersheva, Chief Rabbi Deri Shlita has called for Tehillim and shuls are opening there are well. The same is true in other cities as well.

On the streets of Yerushalayim leading to the Old City, the scene is similar to Shavuos morning, where many are seen making their way to the Kosel during predawn hours for a neitz minyan. All approach streets to the Kosel are manned by heimeshe Yidden making their way to the Holy site to daven on behalf of the leader of world Torah Jewry.

Chareidi radio is broadcasting tehillim from Ponevezh and other yeshivos, and even the secular media is reporting the situation, the medical condition of the “leading rabbi” as well as the response of world frum.

Tehillim is also being divided HERE

The tzibur is urged to continue davening and reciting tehillim for Yosef Sholem ben Chaya Musha b’soch kol cholei am yisrael.
