11:40AM IL: Police are now reporting with a measure of certainty that the incident is a vehicular accident and not a terror attack as reported earlier. It appears Zaka jumped the gun, calling it a vehicular attack but police are stating it is a regular accident.

11:32AM IL: According to Magen David Adom, at least three persons have been wounded in what appears to be a vehicular ramming attack on Derech Yaffo at the intersection of Nachlat Binyamin in Tel Aviv.
