A daughter of HaGaon HaRav Chaim Pinchos Sheinberg ZTL was injured in a vehicular accident and sustained a number of fractures.
Rebitzen Altusky was transported to a hospital, apparently from an accident that occurred on Wednesday, 23 Sivan 5772.

she was hit crossing by Center 1 in Yerusalem
In addition to being the daughter of HaGaon HaRav Chaim Pinchos Sheinberg zt”l, she is also the wife of Hagoan HaRav Chaim Dov Altusky shlit”a. He is famed for his authoring of the Chidushei Basra series on Talmud Bavli, Yerushalmi, and Rambam.

I believe the full name is Fruma Rochel Bas Basha Basya.
