According to the report from Hatzoloh Kfar Chabad, a toddler was found inside a vehicle on Wednesday afternoon 11 Tammuz. MDA responded along with Hatzoloh.

EMT Ariel Hadad was first on the scene and he explained the toddler was out of the vehicle. �They told me he was in the vehicle, which was parked and closed for a half hour. He was conscious and crying with signs of light heat-related injury. He was treated initially on the scene and transported in stable condition�.

Initial reports from Asaf HaRofeh Hospital report the child to be in moderate/stable condition.
