Monsey Hatzolah has advised YWN that their emergency lines are back in operation. Please use the regular number if you have a medical emergency. Do not try to see if the lines work, and only call Hatzolah if you have a medical emergency.
The Chaveirim hotline is up and running as well.
The lines went down do to a widespread Verizon outage in the Rockland County area.

This is affecting Rockland Chaverim as well – and their temporary number is (temporarynumber removed).
It is unknown when this problem will be corrected – but Hatzolah Coordinators arerequestingthat people should not try the number to see if it works. YWN will publish an update as soon as the problem is corrected.
