A chareidi male in his 20s was assaulted by three Arabs, 16 and 17-year-olds, as he made his way to the Kosel on Wednesday night the eve of 29 Kislev 5773. Police arrived on the scene and a description of the attackers was given. The victim was not injured seriously, and was treated on the scene, not requiring transport to a hospital.

Police later in the night arrested three Arab youths, the suspects who officials report admitted to the assault, which they explain was in retaliation for attacks by Jews against Arabs.

The three were taken to a remand hearing on Thursday morning.
