VIDEO: Wine of the Week with Jay Buchsbaum – Tzuba Pinot Noir

Pinot 1Typically most people drink white wines in the warmer weather seasons.  One red varietal that is perfect for the summer is the Pinot Noir.  A new expression of this Pinot Noir was recently made by the Tzuba Winery. Kibbutz Tzuba is located in the Judean Hills region right outside of Yerushalayim. The Tzuba Pinot Noir is very light in body, has wonderful flavors of cherries and raspberries and a nice smoky finish. I caught up with Eiton Green, Manager of Tzuba Winery at this year’s Kosher Food & Wine Experience where we discussed this great wine.

Tzem a bissle for your Shabbes!
