IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Benny Gantz is in the United Kingdom. It is the first visit by an IDF chief of staff to that country since 1988. Britain�s Chief of Staff General Sir Peter Wall held a secretive meeting in Israel 18 months ago.

According to a Walla News report, Gantz will be meeting with senior military officials to discuss worrisome Mideast realities, the revolutions and civil wars brewing and taking place in a number of neighboring countries in addition to discussing the Iranian nuclear threat.
