Frigid Sunday as Wind Chill Makes Temps Feel Like Teens

coldWind chills are making temperatures feel like they are in the teens throughout the tri-state area Sunday, in what is shaping up to be the coldest day since last February.

In some parts wind chills were below zero Sunday morning.

A wind advisory was in effect though 6 p.m. for most of the tri-state, including New York City. A red flag warning was also in effect as dry and windy conditions are capable of rapidly spreading any brush fires.
