Brothers Chaim Michael and Refael Yitzchak Gross are being released from Schneider Children�s Hospital on Monday. They were listed in critical condition upon their arrival, connected to ECMO cardiac bypass machines as a result of their injuries sustained by inhaling a toxic pesticide substance which led to the deaths of their sisters R�L, Yael and Avigail z�l, 4 and 8-years-old.

Police have announced it appears they will recommend filing a criminal indictment against Yossi Barkan, charging him with negligent homicide in the deaths of the sisters as a result of his work in the family home as an exterminator.
