INCOMPETENT: How Iran Flourished in 2021, Thanks to Biden’s Ineptitude

According to a State Department report, lax enforcement of sanctions by President Joe Biden during his first year in office allowed $23 billion to flow into Iran’s coffers, even as the country armed the Taliban, attacked U.S. forces in the Middle East, and financed terror plots across five continents, the Free Beacon reports.

Iran’s illicit oil trade with China jumped from just $6.6 billion in 2020 to more than $23 billion in 2021 when Biden took office and stopped enforcing sanctions on Iran’s oil trade with China. The decision to halt sanctions came as part of the administration’s efforts to revive the 2015 nuclear deal, which has not been successful.

The report also showed that with more cash resources on hand, Iran supported terror plots across Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and South America. Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) provided support to eight U.S.-designated terror groups in 2021, and Iran also provided “weapons and support” to the Taliban in 2021, the same year that the Biden administration oversaw a poorly executed evacuation from Afghanistan that resulted in the Taliban’s return to power.

Former U.S. officials and regional experts say the findings show that the Biden administration’s early diplomacy with Iran helped fuel its support for terrorism. The State Department report also indicated that “Iran-supported groups continue to engage in dangerous and destabilizing activity across the Middle East, with Iran using the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-Qods Force (IRGC-QF) and its proxies and partners to advance its interests abroad.” Iranian arms and money flowed to virtually every major anti-Israel terror group, including Hezbollah in Lebanon, Hamas in the Gaza Strip, and Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

The report highlights how the Biden administration’s bungled evacuation of Afghanistan allowed the country to become a safe haven for terror groups, including ISIS, which launched 334 attacks in Afghanistan in 2021, compared with just 60 in 2020 prior to the withdrawal.

Don’t you know – everything is trumps fault 😂
Even if you spill your coffee tomorrow morning.
    Trump 2024!!!

  2. “the Free Beacon reports” is all you need to know that this is completely slanted, biased , right wing , rated mostly false post.

  3. DIN, you still don’t get it. It’s not ineptitude but out and out DELIBERATE TREASON.
This demented Alzheimer diseased TREASONOUS America hating DemonRat swine, is on the same page as Iran and the rest of the Islamic terrorist’s all over the world.
This same traitorous swine deliberately left over 50 billion of the most modern and sophisticated arms for the murderous Taliban.
This criminal and gangster when he was VP, illegally loaded up planes in the middle of the night with hundreds of millions of cash and gold and diamonds, and sent it to the Iranian murderous Muhlla’s.
This same America hating swine, was the ONLY ONE in Obama’s cabinet to vote AGAINST killing that monster Bin Laden.
When Trump became President, the first thing he did was to STOP funding the PLO’s murder and terror against Jews.
When this murderous gangster became President, the very first thing on his agena, was to resume the funding of murder and terror.

What really boggles the mind, even after all this, the America hating anti-Semitic DemonRats , are still going to get over 70% of the Jewish vote.

  4. Chugi,
Please try to remember that the U.S.A is NOT the Promised Land and that we are still in Golus. It would be prudent to be careful what adjectives you use when describing the president of the United States. You don’t have to vote for him in ’24, he is at present the POTUS.
